Candles emerged from material written in Hampshire during slow autumn afternoons and long winter nights. Changeable, rusted acoustics tumble melodically through these songs occupied with landscape and dream.

The debut Candles EP features production by Savaging Spires whose organic, open sound suffuses the release. The self-titled cassette features three tracks from a fruitful session in the Spires studio where many stringed things collapse and combine to evoke a world of meadow and sundown.
